Club Effigy was a club in London owned by Dorian Gray.

Club Effigy owns all images from inside the club. All cell phones and cameras are confiscated before a patron can enter the club. All pictures taken automatically wirelessly uploaded to the cloud. The pictures are then color shifted and combined into Dorian Gray’s Mosaic Portrait. This causes all of the photographed club members to pay for Dorian Gray sins.
