Sorry, Brightest, I haven't really been keeping much of an eye on The Library of late, and I only just now saw your message. If you want to redesign the infoboxes, I'm happy to give you temporary Admin status. As for more general formatting, I pick up the Bureaucrat role for this site and I wasn't part of the process while the first 3 1/2 seasons were on air, so I have no idea what if any standardization there has been. For myself, I try make the episode page info more fluid and narrative, whilst the location, equipment etc. entries tend to be slightly more analytic and precise.
As I said, if you'd like short-term Admin status to allow you access to the style pages and such, just let me know.

I believe SonofNeptune originally came up with that to separate the different seasons, possibly on the assumption there might be many, but I agree that, with the show complete, a simpler standard would serve our current need far better.
I'm just about to bump you up to Admin - it should be effective in a matter of minutes.
There are still only three of us active, so I think as long as we check the page history, and make sure we're not accidentally redoing something someone else just finished, we can work to fully standardize things when there's enough material on the wiki for it to truly matter.
