Victor Finch's goggles are a set of goggles designed by Victor Finch that act as an aura filter. They were later refined by Jenkins.[1]
History[]
Victor Finch created the goggles as part of his toolkit for searching for UFOs. While he was investigating mysterious lights in Collins Falls, he saw strange, humanoid energy beings through his goggles, as well as unusual energy emissions.
Later, Jenkins improved the goggles using some of his own technology. This allowed them to view a wide range of energy frequencies, with better focus. While Ezekiel Jones was wearing the goggles, he was able to see both the energy flow moving through the town and clear visions of the incorporeal townspeople.[1]
